The HOME Basics training will offer participants a fundamental understanding of the HOME program, its requirements, and the administration of the program. Covering topics including HOME Activities Overview & Homeowner Housing Rehabilitation, Single-Family (Homebuyer) & Rental Housing Development, and Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) & Monitoring, this training is ideal for program staff and managers who are either new to the HOME program or need a refresher on basic program components.
