Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel is proud to offer a special rate of $149 per night (plus applicable taxes) to those registered to attend the 2026 NACCED Annual Educational Conference and Training.

The deadline to book your hotel is this Sunday, September 13, 2026 or until the NACCED room block sells out. After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel's prevailing rate.

Awards of Excellence

Each year NACCED recognizes the achievements of its members through the Awards of Excellence program. Awards are given in the categories of community development, economic development, homeless coordination/assistance, affordable housing, planning/policy/program management and innovation. the John C. Murphy Scholarship

The John C. Murphy Scholarship will be awarded to one graduate or undergraduate student studying affordable housing and community and economic development. The award is in the amount of $2,500.

Silent Auction

Please bring an item for silent auction!  Popular items include handmade crafts and jewelry, sports memorabilia, artwork, gourmet food and drink, and gift cards for national chains.
